Eliana is a journalist and culinary tour guide based in Jerusalem. In addition to The Jerusalem Post, her work has been published in Forbes, USA Today, The Hill, JNS, and many other publications. Her writing focuses on the culinary arts, Israeli culture, travel and Jewish communities from around the world.
Eliana grew up in Seattle, Washington, making aliyah at 23. Eliana has a degree in Politics and International Relations, as well as a minor in Jewish Studies, from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.
