ESTI PESHIN

Esti Peshin is a global cybersecurity, AI, and aviation executive with extensive experience in defense and advanced technologies. From 2017 to 2025, she served as vice president and general manager of the cyber division at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), where she built and led the company’s corporate cyber division and developed national-grade cyber capabilities. She previously served as director-general (pro bono) of the Israeli Hi-Tech Caucus at the Knesset and held senior leadership roles at Waterfall Security Solutions and Verint Systems. Esti also served 11 years in an elite IDF technology unit and today serves on executive boards and advises governments, global organizations and tier one investors on cybersecurity strategy, aerospace & defense technology, national resilience, and responsible AI. She is a licensed general aviation and ULM/LSA pilot and flight instructor and a member of Forum Dvora.
