Oren Poleg is the Founder and President of Cedar Strategies, where he advises, advocates, and provides tactical support to clients navigating complex business, political, and regulatory landscapes. Poleg cultivates robust industry partnerships in aerospace, defense, government, and commercial sectors. He identifies key acquisition targets, boosts sales and product portfolios, and promotes the procurement of strategic products, capabilities, and technologies. Previously, Poleg served as the President & CEO of Israel Aerospace Industry (IAI) North America, Vice President for Strategy & Business Development at Rafael USA, and as a business consultant to large US private-sector and government organizations. Poleg also served as an Executive Naval Officer in the Israel Defense Forces and in the Israel Diplomatic Corps, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
