International hotel chain, Precise, is launching the Precise House Mantegna Roma hotel in Rome, the capital of Italy. The hotel, located in the Tor Marancia district, will offer its guests a hospitality experience that includes meticulous design, strategic location, and attractive prices.

Precise House Mantegna, which was established 14 years ago, is currently undergoing extensive renovations at a cost of approximately 25 million shekels. The hotel, spread over an area of 15,000 square meters, includes 330 rooms, including 31 suites, as well as a large conference hall that can accommodate up to 1,000 participants. As part of the renovations, a gourmet restaurant will be opened in the hotel, and a luxury spa covering an area of 700 square meters with a heated swimming pool will be built. Additionally, there will be upgrades to all hotel rooms and the conference center.

Precise House Mantegna is part of the "PRECISE HOUSE" category of the network, offering a 4-star urban experience with stylish design at affordable prices. The hotel is located a 15-minute drive from the center of Rome and a 20-minute drive from Rome's main airport, Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino.

Rome, the capital of Italy, is known as the city of La Dolce Vita and a popular culinary destination. It is also a city with breathtaking historical sites and prominent religious sites (such as the Vatican). The year 2023 was a peak year for foreign tourism to the capital of Italy, with 35 million tourists visiting. The hotel's location is very unique, situated in the heart of Tor Marancia, a neighborhood famous for its impressive street art in the form of graffiti paintings on many buildings throughout the neighborhood.

The opening of the hotel in Rome follows the opening of the luxury hotel Precise Tale Poggio Alla Sala in Tuscany, which was built on the ruins of an ancient villa from the 18th century, and the opening of a hotel in Berlin - Precise Tale Berlin Potsdamer Platz, which houses the restaurant of chef Asaf Granit, "Berta."

Ron Ben Haim, CEO and owner of the Precise Hotels network, said: "We are excited to start the year with the opening of a new hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Rome in Italy. Rome is beloved by many travelers from around the world, as well as Israeli travelers. Remaining loyal to the reputation of Precise Hotels, Precise House Mantegna Roma will offer its guests an authentic and captivating urban experience in the heart of an Italian neighborhood, at reasonable prices."
