The Swords of Iron War intensified the need for vigilance and rapid reactivity alongside the management of teams and forces in the field. A quick response saves lives and therefore public institutions as well as private bodies are preparing with all their resources, in order to give the public a quick and high-quality response. Omnitelecom, the communications company recognized as a leader in the field of infrastructure services and telephony systems for the leading companies in the Israeli economy, has launched an initiative that allows any business, whether in the private, business or public sector, to receive the sophisticated emergency system developed by the company, at no cost during wartime.

The "ON CALL" system is a smart management system for dispatching emergency teams at the push of a button. The system enables a quick and effective response through prepared and pre-recorded conversation scripts adapted to each body and situation and control over the teams in the field. The system is able to transmit messages with a capacity of thousands of channels per minute through means of communication such as: voice call, WhatsApp, SMS and email. It is user-friendly and easy to operate, so that in an emergency situation the system will be activated until all the pop-up teams send a real-time status report of the type: "We are on our way" / "A patient" / "Already arriving". The system interfaces with all the organization's systems, including CRM or ERP systems, even in hospitals, while maintaining strict security levels. The system currently operates in most hospitals in Israel.

Ichilov Hospital, which has implemented the system for many years, reports an increase in its use mainly since the beginning of the hostilities.

An event that illustrated the necessity of the system is the Miron disaster, which was declared a disaster. After investigating the incident, the Ministry of Health recommended that all hospitals implement the system, and indeed Ziv Hospital, which treated most of the injured in the disaster, contacted the company, and implemented it shortly after.

The immediacy of reporting is a very important function, because emergency teams can be called immediately from anywhere, from a computer, from a mobile phone, and not necessarily from the scene of the incident. Moreover, the system does not depend on local infrastructures or the Internet, and guarantees survival and redundancy even in the event of infrastructure collapse. The system is known to be particularly effective for assisting in security incidents, mass casualty incidents and even cyber hacks. One of the features in the system allows data to be presented in real time, through advanced management screens that provide real time feedback from the field.

In addition, the system provides an ideal bounce speed according to the types of scenarios of the customer and the needs of the system.

According to Shay Gabriel, Director of the Institutional Division at Omnitelcom: "The effectiveness of the system could be seen on Saturday, October 7, the first day of the "Swords of Iron" war, when many civilians were injured and there was a severe cyber attack in many locations. Barzilai Hospital, for example, Had to prepare with a few minutes' notice to receive thousands of wounded. The survivability of the system is measured in the case of the collapse of local and organizational infrastructures independent of the Internet network. On that Saturday, the system continued to work and jumped minute by minute all the emergency teams, and thanks to BAH's preparation and use of the system - many lives were saved. Following Omnitelecom's commitment to the national effort and the provision of the emergency system at no cost that it launched, the company manages to provide an immediate national response in real time in all Regarding the management of emergency systems. In addition, the effectiveness of the system is also evident thanks to scripts that make it possible to divide teams, groups or people into roles relevant to the case. Starting from scenarios of emergency classes or neighborhood guards of various kinds, to night clinics such as a visit to a doctor or a hospital." Gabriel further adds that in the near future the company will launch an application that will provide an indication of the location of the pop-ups on a map and an indication of the answers in synchronization with all communication channels.
