The house in Moshav in the south is the realization of the family's dream. The mother of the family grew up in the settlement and wanted to raise her children there as well. In favor of the task, Shirley Dan, owner of an office for architecture, planning and home design, was chosen, and thanks to the project, the two became very good friends. For a year and a half the construction continued. The house is spread over 2 floors, 300 square meters built, on an area of half a dunam.

On the ground floor it was designed in an H shape with a central patio, divided into the public wing and a private wing for the benefit of the parents' suite. On the first floor, there are suites of children's rooms and another space that serves as a gym .

They wanted a European house with modern combinations.

The couple, who have two small children, requested that the master suite be accessible and on the ground floor.

The house is practical and the whole thing was built and designed to accommodate the extended family and the friends who come to visit often. It was designed so that an abundance of natural light washes it from all sides, thanks to huge showcases.

The facades of the house are impressive, elegant and white: with aluminum wooden windows, in a combination of decorations and cornices and a tiled roof. A house built on two levels. The second floor is built on half the area of the first floor. In contrast to the white facades, Shirley Dan chose black frames and an entrance door, which gives an impressive contrast. Flooring at the entrance in a gray shade, blends in with the black-white shade of the house.

When entering the house we meet a patio with rich vegetation. To the right is the public wing - kitchen, living room and dining area, where from each of the spaces there is an exit to the garden that surrounds the house. The house is paved with parquet and the roof has exposed wooden beams in an antique wood tone, which provides a very impressive appearance.

The private wing is located to the left of the patio and includes master and guest suites, also with access to the garden. Stairs lead to the upper floor, and a dimension that is currently used as a family room and utility room with access to the parking lot.

A spacious kitchen, designed in the form of 3 stripes. One bar sink and marble worktops. The middle strip of the island and the stove with seating areas. The third strip is a wall with cabinets, a refrigerator, a wine cooler, a pantry, and an open, central compartment for a coffee machine, mixer, etc. The kitchen is painted using the Schleif method in the oven in a black shade, which blends wonderfully with the wood of the house and creates a dramatic look. The lighting above the island descends from the sources of the exposed roof, and is located in the center of the island. There are technical and functional lights on both sides of the kitchen.

Next to the kitchen is a dining area as part of the open space of the public space. The dining area is carefully designed, with a special marble top with a delicate stone pattern, which looks like a jewel, with iron legs and upholstered chairs. Four lighting fixtures dangle from the ceiling (a matter of about 5.5 meters) and hanging art that was ordered according to the dimensions of the wall.

The living room is pampering and informal, for the benefit of a pleasant sleep, when the fireplace is the heart of the living room, and everything is planned around it. The fireplace is covered with a stone block, integrated hidden air conditioner, screen, audio systems.

The seating itself includes a chaise longue sofa, a 3 meter long sofa and two more individual armchairs. The seating systems include designated storage spaces for magazines, etc., and are basically the back or the handle of the sofa. Living room tables in two heights, one in brass and the other in wood and both with iron legs.

The patio is dominant for the members of the house and is present from everywhere in the house. Also in the public space are subtle touches of turquoise, which are reflected in the art, the dining table top and the living room rug.

The master suite with access to the garden, is designed as a pampering complex with a walk-in closet and shower. The bedroom has a soft and inviting padded bed, with wallpaper on the back of the bed, two lighting fixtures hanging from the ceiling. The room has cupboards on both sides with glass doors, through which the clothes are reflected and inside there is lighting and glass doors.

At the end of the closet room is the shower. A fireplace was also planned in the bedroom and above it is a television screen, soft curtains that soften the space. Double shower with bench and real teak floor, matching brass faucets, and stone-like tiles with gold veins. In MMD, there is a world map wallpaper on the wall, and a couch and a work desk. The laundry room is designed with a painted floor and a raised washing machine for the benefit of the user.

On the first floor are the children's suites, with an exposed roof that provides height and elegance. The children's suites also have closets with personal showers, ceiling fans and computer corners.

Also on this floor, a family gym. The garden is the star. The house has a front and back garden. This includes a pampering and accurate hot tub for the weather in the south, a barbecue corner, and seating areas for formal meals, next to rabitsa corners. The tiles outside are basalt tiles. The pergola is hung with a white shade.
