A 21-year-old Jerusalem resident was charged with planning over TikTok and Telegram to carry out a terror attack in Israel, in addition to other charges.
The defendant supposedly planned the attacks with two other people, one of whom said he had served a sentence in an Israeli prison and then was deported to the Gaza Strip, while communicating with them over TikTok and Telegram.
