The Palestinian Diab family will be evicted from their homes in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court ruled Monday morning.
This comes following a complaint by the Nahalat Shimon real estate company, who petitioned for the family's eviction.
