Ayalon: Cannot renew negotiations 'at any price'

Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon said Tuesday morning that if a Palestinian parley in Paris would demand Israel give up fundamental positions on security and borders, it would be better to simply hold off until September.
Speaking on "Good Morning Israel," Ayalon said he agreed with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who told the press on Monday evening that she opposed the French initiative to hold an Israeli-Palestinian summit. "There is no point to hold a conference in Paris if the parties do not show a willingness to return to the negotiating table," Clinton said.
