Blasts in Russia's Dagestan kill four, wound three

MOSCOW - Two powerful blasts outside the capital of Russia's Dagestan region killed at least four and wounded three others who are police officers, state-run RIA news agency reported on Thursday quoting local law enforcement officials.
At least one of the blasts that occurred outside a police post near the provincial capital of Makhachkala was carried out by a suicide car bomber, according RIA and other Russian newswire reports.
