Border policeman hurt when vehicle flees checkpoint

A border policeman was lightly wounded on Tuesday when he tried to stop a car at a checkpoint between Jerusalem and Ma'aleh Adumim.The car, which fled the scene, was later found at the Hyatt Hotel in the French Hill neighborhood of the capital. The driver of the vehicle was arrested.The officer was taken by paramedics to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital.
