Canadian chief of staff: Need to read Goldstone report

Canadian Chief of the Defense Staff of the Canadian Forces, Gen. Walter J. Natynczyk, spoke about Israel's need to defend itself while on an official visit to Israel on Tuesday. The IDF Spokesperson quoted Natynczky as saying he needs to go through the report and read it in depth himself in order to understand its full context. Natynczky said that as a result of IDF tours of the country he learned what is required for Israel to defend itself, what the country is facing, and that he would like to see how this is described in the Goldstone report. Natynczyk toured the South and received summaries of the Gaza operation and said that this brought into proportion many of the reports he heard.
