'Code Red' alerts sounded throughout South

The "Code Red" early warning rocket alarm system blared throughout the South Wednesday night, including in Ashdod, Be'er Tuvia, Netivot, Sdot Negev, the Bnei Shimon region, the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council area, and the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council area
Earlier, five rockets were fired from Gaza at Beersheba, one directly impacting a house.
There were no immediate reports of injuries in all cases.
The attacks came an hour after the announcement that a ceasefire had been reached to end the current round of violence between Israel and Hamas.
The ceasefire was set to take effect at 9 p.m.
