Consultant suggests different spot for Timna hotel

A team from Ethos Architecture, Planning and Environment has emphatically declared that the current planned site for the Timna Hotel complex near Eilat would cause irreparable ecological harm. Ethos was hired by the Southern District Planning Committee by order of the court to evaluate the current site of the Sasgoon Valley and all the alternatives from an environmental perspective.

The team wrote that the best site out of the nine they evaluated was the southern entrance corridor rather than the current site, even though it would involve redoing the plan and obtaining all of the permits again.
