Dubai deputy ruler and UAE finance minister, Sheikh Hamdan, dies
Sheik Hamdan, 75, was the brother of the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum. He had been unwell for some months and had surgery abroad in October.
