Fugitive, 40, found by cops in hideout behind bathroom wall

Police in the Galilee captured a fugitive who has been on the run since 2007 in the village of A'ablin on Sunday, after locating his hideout - a secret room within a bathroom, hidden behind a false wall.
The suspect, 40-year-old Nabil Paroni, has been on the run since evading house arrest. He had been suspected of making threats against Haifa District Court Judge Kamal Sa'ab.
On Sunday, detectives from the nearby Shfaram police station reported hearing strange sounds from an apartment within a complex belonging to Paroni's family in A'ablin.
Police, backed by the elite Gidonim Unit, subsequently raided the address and removed a section of the false wall.
They found Paroni hiding in a bath tub, and a number of automatic firearms allegedly owned by the Paroni family.
