Health Ministry to 'Post': Tourists can get free H1N1 flu shots

Health Ministry Tourist

Foreign tourists who want the H1N1 flu vaccine can get a free injection at any of the ministry's district health offices around the country, the Health Ministry's spokeswoman said in response to a query from The Jerusalem Post on Tuesday. In related news, a 55-year-old woman who suffered from chronic illness and was infected with H1N1 flu died on Tuesday at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, the Health Ministry reported. Even though there was no proof of a connection between the infection and her death, the ministry listed her as the 76th victim of the virus since March.
