Israeli dies after drowning in Rio De Janeiro

"The Israeli consulate in Brazil, and the Foreign Affairs Ministry's consular Department of Israelis Abroad are assisting the family during difficult times,” the Foreign Ministry said.

An Israeli man, 45, died on Thursday while traveling in Rio de Janeiro, according to Health Ministry.
"The Israeli consulate in Brazil, and the Foreign Affairs Ministry's consular Department of Israelis Abroad are assisting the family during difficult times,” the Foreign Ministry said.
This is not the first Israeli to be killed abroad in the last year.
Last September, an Israeli in Tbilsi, Georgia was killed days after being critically injured in a car accident. Additionally, in July, another Israeli was killed during a car accident at the Phi Phi Islands in Thailand while on  vacation with her family.
