Man killed, another critically hurt in possible murder-suicide

A man was killed and another critically wounded on Tuesday in what police suspect to be an attempted murder and suicide in Kibbutz Ramat Hakovesh in the Sharon region. According to preliminary investigations, a member of the kibbutz approached a man employed at Ramat Hakovesh as community coordinator, and confronted him on his wages. An argument erupted between the two, and the kibbutz member pulled a gun, chased the community coordinator out of his office, shot and mortally wounded him, after which he shot himself dead. Both men, in their sixties, were found near the kibbutz's water tower. MDA teams were treating the wounded individual at the scene.
