Obama criticizes Kenya for hosting al-Bashir

WASHINGTON (AP) — US President Barack Obama on Friday criticized Kenya for hosting Sudan's president in defiance of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant.
Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir was in Nairobi Friday with other regional leaders for the signing of Kenya's new constitution. Obama, whose father was Kenyan, also congratulated Kenya for the constitution.
In a statement, Obama expressed disappointment in Kenya and said: "It is important that Kenya honor its commitments to the ICC and to international justice."
