A Palestinian man was shot dead by Jerusalem police as he was attempting to escape in a car suspected as stolen on Friday night, Ynet reported.
The police said he was endangering the lives of policemen and city residents due to reckless driving.
The man, an illegal resident, was found in the car and was later pronounced dead.
