Palestinians in Lebanon: Terror suspects will be relinquished to authorities

Palestinian representatives in Lebanon have pledged to cooperate with authorities in the country to hand over suspects from Palestinian refugee camps who have allegedly participated in so-called security-related incidents, Beirut-based The Daily Star reported overnight Sunday.
According to the report, the representative of Fatah and the PLO in Lebanon agreed to the terms during a meeting with Lebanese officials on Saturday.
The said officials "stressed the need to thwart attempts to plunge Lebanon into the inferno of the Syria war and highlighted the need to neutralize the Palestinian camps and exclude them from the ongoing conflict, and its repercussions, to safeguard civil peace in Lebanon,” a Lebanese parliament member was quoted as saying.
