Police officers who entered the ultra-Orthodox Mea Shearim neighborhhood of Jerusalem on Thursday afternoon to enforce coronavirus regulations were assaulted by locals throwing rocks and garbage bags.
So far, seven people have been arrested for disrupting order, though more are expected as the protest continues.
