Post office hours different on Purim

Israel Postal Company branch hours change for Purim. On Sunday, when it is observed in most of the country - those cities and towns that were not ancient walled cities - postal branches will close at 2 p.m., unlike cities such Jerusalem, Tiberias, Safed, Acre and other cities that mark Shushan Purim, where a regular schedule will be observed.
On Monday, Shushan Purim, the time schedules will switch, with the ancient walled cities’ branches closing at 2 p.m. and the rest operating normally. Postal agencies run by contractors will be open to the public as usual.
