Report: Egypt kills 2 Beduin at Sinai military checkpoint

Egyptian security forces killed two Beduin in southern Sinai after they tried to flee a military checkpoint, Israel Radio reported Wednesday.
Also in Sinai, security forces in the north uncovered a warehouse stocked with explosives, RPG bombs, guns and hand grenades. According to the report, terrorists planned to use the weapons to attack police outposts in the peninsula.
Egypt has set out to clamp down on terrorist activities in Sinai, which have included a number of bombing of the natural-gas pipeline to Israel and Jordan.
