Report: Suicide attack in Kabul kills 13 foreign troops

KABUL - Saturday's attack by a suicide car bomber in Afghan capital Kabul killed 13 service members from the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), an ISAF spokesman said.
The attack was the deadliest against foreign troops in Kabul for many years.
Earlier, the Afghan interior ministry said three civilians and a police officer were killed in the strike against a convoy of foreign troops in the west of the city.
