Suicide attack kills 3 foreign troops in Afghanistan

CHARIKAR - A suicide attack in Afghanistan's Kapisa province, northeast of Kabul, killed three foreign soldiers on Wednesday, an Afghan official said.
"The information I have is that three (foreign) soldiers were killed when a suicide bomber attacked them in Tagab," said governor of Tagab district Abdul Hakim, adding two Afghan civilians and one policeman had also been wounded.
A spokesman for NATO-led forces in Afghanistan confirmed there had been an insurgent attack in Kapisa that caused "a number" of foreign troop casualties but declined further comment.
