Israel Police on Monday arrested two residents of the Arab town of Jisr e-Zarka after arriving with a warrant to search a house in the city and finding six pipe bombs and several fireworks, a police spokesperson reported.
During the search, the two suspects — both in their twenties — began assaulting the police officers at the scene, according to the police spokesperson.
