Southern Israel feels effects of 5.1-magnitude earthquake that hit Sinai
No damage in Israel was reported as a result of the tremor.

Israel appears to have experienced a mild earthquake on Saturday after numerous reports from Eilat and other towns said that the ground shook.Locals on social media reported tremors in Eilat, Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, and other towns throughout Israel, the Palestinian-controlled territories, and Egypt.According to Israel Police, the epicenter of the tremor was in the Sinai Peninsula. Scientists said the earthquake measured 5.1 on the Richter scale.No damage in Israel was reported as a result of the tremor.
