Babylon Park, the arcade and amusement center network, is expanding its operations in Beersheba with the opening of Babylon Games at the Azrieli Hanegev Mall. The new complex will span 600 square meters with an innovative design, with an investment of NIS 5M.
Babylon Games will offer advanced video games, virtual reality simulators, prize machines, air hockey and basketball tables, carousels for various age groups, and more surprises.
“We are excited to launch Babylon Games in Beersheba and to bring the city a new, updated, and thrilling entertainment experience – one that suits the whole family, of all ages, and in any weather,” said Tal Har-Levi, Operations Manager at Babylon Park. According to him, “The new branch will serve as a convenient and accessible entertainment hub, offering a combination of advanced technology, captivating gaming experiences, and the option to celebrate birthdays and private events in a unique atmosphere.”
Babylon Park has developed technological applications that ensure customers a continuous experience from the physical location to the online space and back – creating synergy between virtual activity and reality, and offering a unique blend of the physical world and digital innovation. This is made possible through a unique app that features a variety of activities integrated with the games and experiences in the physical park.
The app offers preloading of coins for maximum convenience, real-time tracking of coins and tickets, daily prize challenges, “gifts and raffles” after completing five games, special offers and promotions for app users, and more.
“During the COVID pandemic, Babylon Park’s software team developed the ability to operate the park’s arcade machines from a mobile phone, for users’ convenience and to allow parents to activate games remotely for their children,” Har-Levi explained. According to him, “Babylon Park offers a green accessibility solution, which does not require any devices or accessories, thanks to remote control and operation without the need for bracelets, cards, and the like.”
The technology was recently presented at an international exhibition and is expected to be sold to global organizations.
