The veteran fair in Israel, identified with street style culture, is celebrating this year twenty years of activity – and that is definitely a reason to celebrate. The numbers are hard to ignore – since it was founded, T-Market has managed to produce over 150 fairs, in more than ten different cities, with more than 1,000 designers and about 800,000 visitors.
The modest beginning started back in 2005, in a small community center in Tel Aviv with 20 young designers. Two decades later, T-Market has become a milestone in the local fashion world: A fair that sets trends, exposes new names, and nurtures Israeli street style culture. The motto has remained the same – to support, uplift, and respect local creation, to present the designers of the moment in various fields, and to provide a shopping experience with a twist.
