The restaurant industry continues to deliver news. BBB Group, which began its journey in the burger sector, continues to expand - this time into the pizza world. Recently, it acquired the pizza brand "American Dolce" for one million shekels and is set to open an American-style pizzeria chain with 25 franchise locations across the country.

The group acquired American Dolce’s operations in Ra'anana, excluding the Italian restaurant Dolce, which will continue to operate independently. Dolev Allali and Moran Shakuf, the brand’s owners and founders, will remain to manage and lead the brand even after the acquisition. The two are considered experts in the field, having studied and specialized in Naples. American Dolce offers New York-style pizza, pan pizza, and Detroit-style pizza. All pizzas are made on-site, by hand, using high-quality ingredients imported from around the world.

BBB operates 105 branches in Israel, most of them franchises, with brands such as BBB BY THE WAY, Burgerim, Moses Shop, and the Mexican street food brand RAPIDOS. The partners are CEO Ahuva Turgeman, Yaron Israel, Ron Shulman, Sagiv Abramson, and Tal Yatom. Dor Alon of Blue Square holds 50%.

Turgeman: “We see significant growth potential in the pizza world, similar to what we achieved in the burger market in the past. American Dolce is a brand with a strong DNA, well-known and loved by Israeli consumers, offering an exceptional product.”
