On Thursday, the Rekenati Winery Visitors Center will open for a special winter evening that combines quality wine, carefully curated Galilee cuisine, and live music in a romantic and magical atmosphere. The evening will take place at the winery’s Visitors Center and invites guests to slow down and indulge in a multi-sensory experience: The first glass of wine is included in the entrance fee and will be accompanied by Galilee-inspired dishes created especially for the evening, reflecting the connection to the region, local ingredients, and winery hospitality.

Among the dishes are fennel and orange salad, hot soup, winter root vegetables with tahini, and surprising strawberry desserts, alongside familiar and beloved dishes such as cheeses from Schwartz Farm, homemade brioche, and more.
