Special dishes will be served alongside existing menu items, accompanied by a selection of classic cocktails. Roses will be handed out at the entrance, and a DJ will play music tailored to the evening.

Some of the special dishes include: Tuna tartare with chives, capers, pickled onion, and egg yolk aioli (NIS 87), Fougasse bread with butter and rosemary (NIS 40), Parisian-style gnocchi with butter and chives, forest mushrooms, Parmesan, and lemon cream (NIS 86), Sea bass fillet “Blanc” with peas and potato gratin (NIS 148), Fish Bourguignon with salmon, root vegetables, Robuchon-style mashed potatoes, and demi-glace (NIS 148), and for dessert: Pink macaron with mascarpone cream, white chocolate ganache, and lemon gel (NIS 64).

Celebrating Love at the Rekenati Winery

On Thursday, the Rekenati Winery Visitors Center will open for a special winter evening that combines quality wine, carefully curated Galilee cuisine, and live music in a romantic and magical atmosphere. The evening will take place at the winery’s Visitors Center and invites guests to slow down and indulge in a multi-sensory experience: The first glass of wine is included in the entrance fee and will be accompanied by Galilee-inspired dishes created especially for the evening, reflecting the connection to the region, local ingredients, and winery hospitality.

Among the dishes are fennel and orange salad, hot soup, winter root vegetables with tahini, and surprising strawberry desserts, alongside familiar and beloved dishes such as cheeses from Schwartz Farm, homemade brioche, and more. The musical backdrop will be provided by Daniel & Ron – a duo performing live covers of love songs from all times.
