Dan Hotels said its Grill Room restaurants in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv will reopen on Wednesday returning to full operations in line with Home Front Command guidelines.

According to the hotel chain, both restaurants have protected spaces available for diners in case of emergency. The reopening applies to The Grill Room at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and Grill Room TLV at 87 Hayarkon Street in Tel Aviv.

Back to full operations

The reopening comes after days in which businesses across Israel adjusted activity in response to the security situation and changing civilian defense instructions.

Dan Hotels described the two venues, led by chef Roi Antebi, as New York-style classic steakhouses. Alongside their meat-focused menus, the restaurants serve dishes including chopped calf liver, Caesar salad, beef tartare, little gem salad, veal schnitzel, and hamburgers.

Menu and hours

The Tel Aviv branch, which is not kosher, also offers seafood items, including fresh oysters and caviar, according to the company. Both restaurants also serve wine lists featuring Israeli and international selections, alongside classic cocktails.

The Jerusalem restaurant, located at 23 King David Street, is kosher and will operate from Sunday through Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Grill Room TLV, located at 87 Hayarkon Street, will be open from Monday through Friday, also from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
