Maafe Ne'eman has launched its Passover 2026 collection in Israel, offering a nationwide lineup of kosher-for-Passover cakes, cookies, individual pastries, breads, and ready-made meals, according to a company statement issued ahead of the holiday. The chain said the seasonal range was developed to serve customers throughout the festival and will be sold at kosher branches across the country.
The company said the assortment includes loaf cakes in flavors such as marble, chocolate, orange, and chocolate crunch, alongside birthday cakes including Mozart, dulce de leche, and cheesecake crumb varieties. It also listed tray cakes sold by weight, bulk and boxed cookies, and chocolate items aimed at holiday hosting and family gatherings.
Cakes and pastries
For morning coffee and holiday snacking, Maafe Ne'eman said it will offer individual pastries in cinnamon and chocolate flavors, as well as savory puff pastries filled with cheese or potato. The company said the range was designed to provide customers with sweet and savory options throughout Passover.
In the bread category, the chain said customers will be able to find rolls, pita, laffa, baguettes and pretzels adapted for the holiday. It also said branches will prepare sandwiches on site, along with salads, toast and hot pizza trays with toppings.
Pricing and holiday demand
According to the company, prices start at NIS 5 for rolls, from NIS 40 for cookie boxes, from NIS 45 to NIS 60 for loaf cakes, and from NIS 150 to NIS 180 for birthday cakes. Cream pastries start at NIS 69, the statement said.
Against that backdrop, Maafe Ne'eman is positioning its Passover menu as a one-stop holiday offering spanning desserts, breads and ready-to-eat items. The company said its kosher branches will operate nationwide during the holiday period.
