In a market where malls can no longer rely solely on fashion retail, Ofer Ramat Aviv Mall is choosing to focus on what truly attracts crowds: Food. The mall has invested approximately NIS 100 million in the creation of a new culinary floor, which opens as part of a broader initiative to upgrade the shopping and leisure experience.

The new floor, spanning approximately 3,000 sqm, offers a diverse mix of five prominent food venues. These include Berta, a contemporary Italian kitchen by chef Yossi Shitrit; Jagger, specializing in burgers and meats; Chuka offering Asian cuisine; TEABAR serving bubble tea drinks; and McDonald’s. They are joined by the Sweetime confectionery store.

The space has been designed in a modern style and includes spacious and comfortable seating areas. In addition, a 250 sqm rooftop will open, featuring a wooden deck, a wine bar, and hosting events, launches, and workshops.

To mark the opening, a dessert pop-up called CHIPS CAKE will be launched, initiated by chef Yossi Shitrit and content creator Omer Levi. The space, inspired by the Dubai chocolate trend, will operate for three days and offer a colorful design experience with luxurious elements.

The project is part of a wider renovation process at the mall, which includes relocating the food court from the second floor to the third floor and freeing up space for new stores. Among the brands joining are Factory 54 with a large-scale luxury store, SKIMS, COS, Zara Home, as well as local businesses such as Miki Shemo bakery and Otello gelateria.
