It seems that some of the world's most famous characters lost their way and somehow ended up at US Embassy in Israel just prior to Purim.
The embassy released a video of their pre-Purim antics on Wednesday, with fairy tale characters, comic book heroes and even Elvis coming to say hello, but it seemed he was leaving the building.
Batman barged into an agenda meeting searching for his counterpart Robin, Little Red Riding Hood was off to granny's to give her a mishloach manot filled with Bamba, to which fellow elevator riders seemed to give her that "are you lost?" look, and Spiderman was seen climbing on tables and scaring embassy staff into taking the elevator.
Frozen's Elsa also burst into a rendition of "Let It Go" as snow began to fall outside of the office that she was visiting. But just like the almost snow fall that hit Jerusalem in January, there was no accumulation due to the fact that it was "30 degrees outside." Despite this, Elsa still made it clear: "The cold never bothered me anyway."
It turned out Elvis was just another impersonator as US Ambassador David Friedman's grey hair could just be spotted under the black pompadour wig and sideburns he was sporting.
That didn't stop the impersonator from grabbing his guitar, playing a jam and also picking up a hamentaschen to which he said, "I've tasted better," before announcing that he was leaving the building to fetch US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in his eclectic costume, which he was "very excited" about.
