An unprecedented number of over 50 Kassam rockets were fired at the western Negev over the weekend. Thousands of Israeli citizens are on the edge, anxiously awaiting the next 'Red Dawn' alert. The southern front is rapidly turning into a war zone. The people of Sderot are, rightfully so, demanding immediate solutions. Imagine for a second that you are in charge. How would you respond to your citizens' plight? Would you deploy ground forces, or simply occupy northern Gaza? Would you order a resumption of artillery fire despite the fact that it is not an accurate weapon and innocent Palestinians might get hurt? Do you agree with Sderot mayor Eli Moyal, who called to wipe out Beit Hanoun, or do you believe that by doing so you would only lower yourself to the terrorists' level of morality? Can this unacceptable situation be tackled militarily or does the remedy lie in diplomacy? Please use the talkback icon above to state your opinion.
