US Democratic presidential candidate Senator Hillary Clinton pledged her support for Israel on Thursday.
"I think I have been and will continue to be a very strong supporter of Israel, which is an ally and a fellow democracy," she said at a press conference in the US.
"It has received bipartisan support from presidents of both parties and from the American people since it was founded," she added, pledging, "I will stand with Israel and that is a policy that will never change."
