Italian foreign minister Massimo D'Alema called on participants at Wednesday's Mideast conference to agree on a donors' conference for the reconstruction of Lebanon, his spokesman said.
D'Alema appealed for such a conference to be held as soon as possible, his spokesman, Pasquale Ferrara, told reporters.
