For the first time since the beginning of the second intifada, a MDA ambulance entered Ramallah on Thursday.
The ambulance was set to evacuate a six-month-old Palestinian baby for medical treatment.
The baby, who is in critical condition, is thought to have been exposed to toxic chemicals.
