Report: Iran's nuclear negotiator to meet Turkey's foreign minister

A Turkish news agency says Iran's chief nuclear negotiator has arrived in Istanbul to meet with Foreign Minister Ali Babacan. Dogan news agency says Saeed Jalili, who arrived in Turkey on Sunday, is expected to brief Babacan about his talks with envoys from the US and five other world powers in Geneva on Saturday. The six have called on Iran to freeze uranium enrichment, arguing that it is designed to make nuclear weapons. Iran has rejected the demand, as it has repeatedly done in the past. It says its uranium enrichment program is for peaceful purposes. Turkey supports Iran's right to produce nuclear energy but calls on Teheran to be transparent.
