Over 1,000 Christian Zionists from 70 different countries will participate in a Monday memorial service in Sderot for the victims of October 7.
President Isaac Herzog and US Ambassador Mike Huckabee will be in attendance.
Survivors of the October 7 massacre, such as Doron Libstein, brother of the late mayor of Shaar Negev, Ofir Libstein, and former MK Shai Hermesh.
The group of Christian Zionists will also visit key sites from the massacre, including the Nova Music Festival grounds and the Wall of Cars near Moshav Tekuma.
The participants came to Israel as part of the annual Sukkot Conference organized by the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem.
Christian Zionists remember October 7 victims
In a press release, the embassy stated that it was assisting the rehabilitation of Gaza border communities with a series of projects totaling over $6.8 million.
"The Christian Embassy has committed to a series of major rehabilitation projects to help our members in the Western Negev rehabilitate key facilities and improve their community life, with a special emphasis on assisting youth and the elderly, as well as providing trauma care for all,” said Christian Embassy President Dr. Jürgen Bühler
