A 20-year-old man was after being shot in the chest in a parking lot at Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv on Saturday night.
The shooter likely fled the scene, Israeli media reported. The victim was later named in Israeli media as Amir Elchoh from Lod.
MDA paramedics evacuated the victim to Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center.
Police said that they are conducting searches for suspects of the shooting, noting that the background of the incident is criminal.

A separate incident in Jaffa saw one man killed, who was brought to Wolfson Medical Center in a vehicle that left the scene. The man, whose name was later revealed to be Hussein Simoni, was pronounced dead immediately by medical personnel.
Police forces are scanning the area in order to locate the suspects.
A soccer game held at Jerusalem's Teddy Stadium saw a restroom used by fans of the visiting team, Hapoel Tel Aviv, saw violent incitement against Israel Police officers, and included phrases such as "Israel Police will die by gas" sprayed in the restroom.
"We strongly condemn and view with great severity any expression of incitement, violence, or calls for harm to police officers and public servants, and will use all tools and means to locate those involved in this," Israel Police said.
