The IDF stated that on Tuesday, several missiles were launched from Iran toward Israel, and most of them were intercepted, according to an official statement.
The military added that the public should continue to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command.
Sirens sounded in central Israel and parts of the West Bank on Tuesday afternoon as Iran launched its second missile barrage of the day, the IDF confirmed.
Prior to the alerts, the Home Front Command stated that, "due to a detection of missiles launched towards Israel, alerts may be activated."
