A 21-year-old Or Akiva resident was seriously wounded on Friday when he was stabbed in the chest.
The man was evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera.
Israel Radio reported that the motive for the incident was unclear.
The man is known to police but detectives were unable to question him due to his condition.
