Two Palestinian were arrested north of Jerusalem at the Kalandiya checkpoint after three Molotov cocktails were found in their bags, Israel Radio reported on Sunday.
The suspects pointed a finger at a third Palestinian who allegedly provided them with the cocktails.
The three were questioned by the Jerusalem Police minority department.
