'Aleph' to file civil lawsuit against Katsav, Channel 10 reports

'Beit Hanassi Aleph,' the first woman to voice complaints against former president Moshe Katsav, is planning to file a civil lawsuit against Katsav, Channel 10 reported Tuesday.
'Aleph' would file the lawsuit at Jerusalem's District Court, and was seeking millions of NIS in compensation, the report stated.
The lawsuit was apparently the result of her disappointment over the plea bargain reached with the former president.
