Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch criticized on Thursday the frequent change of Justice Ministers.
"Without a permanent minister, we can't move legislation or advance the processes we've been working on," Beinish told a conference of the Israel Bar Association in Eilat.
Beinisch also said that the courts needed an addition to their current budget.
