Bnei Brak teen accused of sexual crime against mentally disabled girl

A 14-year-old boy from Bnei Brak was arrested on suspicion of performing a sexual act on a mentally disabled 16-year-old girl, Army Radio reported.
According to police, the boy confessed to the allegations against him.
